The honey-comb rotor dehumidifying dryer is specially designed for engineering plastics with relatively low moisture required.For production of high quality plastic products,control moisture content of the raw material is important.The honeycomb rotor dehumidifying dryer fulfills this task to ensure the stability of quality.The machine incorporates honeycomb rotor from"SEIBU",the high technology manufacturer in Japan.The rotor is made of ceramic fibre in the form of a honeycomb and capable of drying air to a stable dew point-40 degrees,and under favorable condition may attain a dew point below -50 degrees.The control system comprises PID.Temperature controller from Japan,or PLC control with LCD touch screen panel as option to cater for a dew point meter.The whole series include 13 models,maximum air flow 3000m3/hr.
